At Wyoming Trucking Association’s 87th Annual Convention held May 12-14, 2026 in Casper, WY, BTI driver Douglas Fabrizius received the Driver of the Quarter award, recognizing outstanding professional driving performance and safety record.
Fabrizius recently achieved an exceptional career milestone of 4 million miles driven accident and injury free.
“Doug sets the example of perfection that all drivers hope to achieve in their career,” stated former BTI President Sue Leffler and current BTI President Keith Gantenbein in their nomination letter. “He has been and continues to be a stellar driver for BT Incorporated for 40 years and counting. Doug is extremely professional, considerate, safety-oriented, dependable, honest and an outstanding individual who is highly respected by all his co-workers. Doug is a true example of a ‘Professional Truck Driver’.”
This award highlights not only individual professionalism, but also the broader training, accountability, and safety systems in place at BTI that support long-term, high-performance driving careers. Congratulations, Doug!
